Where are we?

Complex "Izgreva" is located in the village of Banya - a balneological center, located in the central part of the Razlog valley, locked between the three major Bulgarian mountains - Pirin, Rila, and Rhodope. It is 5 km from Bansko - the most modern ski resort on the Balkan Peninsula, 6 km from Razlog, 160 km from the Capital of Bulgaria and Sofia Airport.

What do we offer?

The complex provides all the amenities for rest and relaxation. This is the place for you and your family or your friends to relax in silence, tranquility, and fresh mountain air combined with the action of mineral water. The complex is equipped with double rooms, suites, single rooms, and a studio. It also has a large swimming pool and a small children's pool, two peace (6-8 people). Each of the rooms is equipped with a private bathroom, a TV with 50 channels, a refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi internet.

Our restaurant has 100 seats. The spacious summer garden is a little fairy tale with a mineral pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, ointment, beautifully designed flower alleys, greenery, a children's playground, and tents, under which in the shade you can easily eat and drink.

Why visit us?

Complex "Izgreva" has an outdoor mineral pool with a separate children’s pool, which is used all year round, and on warm days there is an outdoor pool bar, giving another dose of emotion. In order to fully enjoy the time spent in the complex "Izgreva", we also have a children's outdoor area.

What is good to know about the mineral water in our pools?

It can be used for spa treatment and prevention of chronic inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system, as well as for old injuries - bone fractures, sprains, bruises, rheumatism, sciatica, lumbago, discopathy, spinal inflammation, chronic gynecological diseases, chronic gynecological diseases inflammatory diseases of the nervous system, kidney stones, liver, stomach, urological and skin diseases - acne, psoriasis, gonorrhea, syphilis, airway inflammation, neurosis, and chronic poisoning with certain heavy metals (radioactive strontium, cerium, etc.).

A unique natural feature of the village of Banya is the presence of 72 mineral springs, with a water temperature of 57 C. When using the pool, each visitor has a duty to take care of his / her own safety and not to endanger the safety of other visitors.

It is prohibited to pollute the water in the pools in any way.

The staff is not responsible for injuries and incidents caused by visitors’ fault.

It is forbidden to jump, push or throw visitors into the pools as well as any other
behavior that threatens their personal security and the safety of other visitors.

The complex is not responsible for falls and injuries.

The complex is not responsible for missing objects, injuries, accidents, damages, and consequential damages resulting from non-compliance with these Rules and/or other legal regulations or caused by force majeure or by third parties.

The complex can not and does not take special supervision over minors, people with mental or physical disabilities, as well as over persons who cannot swim.

It is prohibited to use glasses, bottles or other sharp and / or dangerous objects in the pool area.

Bringing or consuming food and drinks in the pool area or in the water is prohibited.

The entry and stay of persons in alcohol or drug intoxication is not allowed.

Visitors must wear swimming suits or swimming trunks upon entry into the pools.

When icing, use only the cleaned areas of the complex.

We politely ask you to keep the areas clean and to dispose of the waste in the designated places!

It is forbidden to bring and/or carry any type of weapon, flammable, poisonous or
dangerous objects in the complex.

The Staff may remove or refuse access to any person who violates the Code of Conduct, threatens general security, or fails to comply with the instructions of the staff. No compensations are due to a person being removed.

Persons under 14 years of age are allowed only with an adult companion. The parents, respectively the attendants, are responsible for the safety of the children, as well as for any of their behavior that endangers the safety and tranquility of other visitors. Their parents/guardians are responsible for damage caused by children.

The visitor pays for the damages or pollution caused by him on the territory of the complex, as well as restores the value of the lost items of the complex.

The complex is not responsible for the destruction, damage, or loss of items that visitors have brought with them.

Visitors with infections or contagious diseases are not allowed.

It is forbidden to jump over the fences of the complex.

Upon reaching the maximum capacity of the complex, the staff has the right to
temporarily deny access to new visitors.

The end of working hours is announced by the staff in an appropriate manner. Visitors are not allowed to be on the territory of the complex after working hours.

Constant video surveillance is carried out in all areas of the complex permitted by law.

In case of group visits, the group leader is responsible for compliance with the Regulations and compensation for any damage caused by group members.

Visitors are prohibited from accessing the office premises.

Towels and bathrobes provided by the complex free of charge or for a fee should be returned upon departure.

The complex reserves the right to change the pricing policy related to shares and special events.

Smoking is prohibited on the territory of the complex, except for the specially marked open areas.
